What is this glitch?

I've been getting a glitch recently, it happens mostly when talking to NPC's. I don't know how I make it, but like some how my character gets stuck. I can't move, I can't log out, I mean casically I can click the log out option but nothing happens. I can open most of the windows and chat, but the character is blocked there, like if he was talking to an NPC and if the game didn't let u do sutff you can't o while talking to an NPC.

How do I get out of this? Is anyone getting the same?

I don't think I've gotten that....although a lot of times, I'll be trying to do a quest and it won't let me click the button in the NPC chat to finish it. so I have to close the NPC chat window and reopen it. For it to work

I get this, however i only get it like once a week, therefore doesn't really bother me. Its just a Ctrl + Alt + Del job.

Actually the hard part is logging back in, think before you ctrl alt del >.>

If you have a premium, you just ctr+alt+del, right click on SRO_Client, go to processes, bottom right corner press End Process. Relog in.

If you dont have a premium, decide if being stuck IN GAME is worth being stuck OUT OF GAME.

It usually did this to me before I dc if I'm talking to an NPC.
