Dont think so, as it says Pentium 4. And i havent seen a duel core with 6 Ghz. So you probly have a Pentium 4 Processor.

b: No Xeon's that I can remember were 3.0, they were 3.06.

Long story short, it helps a little, but not much. IMHO a PC with HT is only slightly better in "feel" and responsiveness than a pure single-core.
Also, HT is basically software microcode, it's not an actual additional physical CPU.
