today might have been the only real chance there ever was
many people I've spoken to will probably not take part anymore until dw fortress is out or they fix the problem I stated above

PS: if anyone knows how to get around that problem ~ I'd like to hear a solution

Today we had the most ppl against us ever and they got one gate under 50% for a minute....

Same.. we had 22 Guilds against us today on Alps, gates didn't even go under 100k.

I thought it would be fun since there was so many guilds but bleh. They would come in huge parties at the gate, hit it as much as they can and when they all die, they just start fighting with the other attacking guilds. Ehh.. If alps hates TearDrop so much why don't you all organize better and give us a challenge? And BlackDragon, have you ever been in a fortress war?

As soon as you spawn by a post run towards a teleport and teleport outside. Get on a horse and then teleport inside. Then run like hell! if they attack they gotta kill ur horse first which gives u a split second to buff up with ur speed or put on snow.

I don't know about Greece. But the KUWAIT we got on Alps are far from ignorant or arrogant people... yes sometimes they can be sour losers but it never gets too far. In general, respectful people.. that do get some respect back eventhough they buy gold like crazy x)

well on hera we had the exact opposite. we were severely underhanded. the fortress still remains with spiritus (the botting union). we didn't even manage to get through a single gate

though lets see why:

1. we had 2 guilds with only about 60% of total ppl showing up....vs....6-8 guilds (on spiritus side).

2. we did have allies (marvel (other bottign guild), 6thsense (same), and eldest (same)), but there was 0 organization

even from the start, we were supposed to head for the east gate...but the rest of them went to west or the southern one. so it was 1/3 of force vs each gate so we lost that...we had to switch gates 2-3 times..while the horde of spiritus kept up their attack.

and no i'm not making an excuse because the little legits that were there did do a good job but it wasn't enough. i guess spiritus really took our almost-victory in the last fw seriously and kept a tight hold on the fort.

oh and feel free to criticize.

First, im gonna say way to be a good sport about things.. And the legits keep Hera interesting because its a back and forth battle.. And the near lost last week, lit a torch under Spiritus & Uni's ass to hold FW.

You know that doesn't matter, no matter how many of them spring up, we can take them down. However, we can't be at 3 places at once doing the same. I expected more help from Epic but they disappointed us with their horrible attendance. So, the usual outnumbered issue.

Also, it's about time those idiot bots that proposing truce till heart realize they can't walkaway safe after pulling a quick one on us.

Godammit MaryJane, knock this through your rock hard skull, side gates aren't bugged, we can still attack those above.

The best thing happened was that Spiritus took in 2 Turkish guilds after the previous FW, making their union 4/8 Turkish when they are supposedly anti-Turks.

am proud to say, Mercury - Imperial again under leadership of Erene ~_^

had the most ppl against us(7 guilds, out of which 5 are strong guilds in the server) at the worst possible timing
Tsunami/Own guilds pulled out of union expectedly juz b4 the war and turned attacker (2 of the strongest guilds aft imperial and sunempire when in union, not sure they intended to do it intentionally or what)

we faced the strongest challenge ever since we took over fortress (other than us and sunempire, other guilds are relatively low levels)...some of the gates' hp went down to as low as 70% (yea, it never happen b4 so its a rare sight) but they give up cuz we repair it way faster and our harassing/assaulting parties grouped together grew stronger

the best attendance and best actions overall, we destroyed 5-6 command posts in the end...but still not even 1 gate down to 50% or broken even wif our relatively "weak" union...at least something improved, gate hp went below 90% well thats considered an achievement against us

On Tibet Ares guild keep the control of the fortress. Actually it was a massacre, my first fortress war and it was like crashing to the rocks . The defending guild was much better organized than us and, at the end of the fight, many of them stop protecting the doors and they started to destroy the camps of all attacking guilds, meanwhile their wizzards were keeping the doors clean .


We need more team work and more clerics to keep alive the guys with the hammers.

I agree with what that person up there said, people split up to attack different gates, which made it harder for us to even get through one gate. Secondly, did you see what spiritus was doing? They were spawn killing everyone at the command posts, which literally made it impossible for a lot of the people to get out of there safely, and to be able to buff up n such. Next time, we all have to think about this carefully and plan against every single bit that they can do...and hopefully someone new takes it in 2 weeks.

on Odin it was a war between the three biggest unions. Dynasty vs OdreSacre and MaliceArmy. MaliceArmy and OdreSacre teamed up together to try to take down Dynasty but they epicly failed ^^; i dont think they took the gates below 95% or 90% one time xD.

In Troy, the first actual attempt of 2 unions working together... We got the heart down only to 60%, wasted a lot of time due to dis-coordination and plain lack of experience for most Siege participants. It was a good learning phase tho, the next one sure would be interesting...

Lack or experience? ffs I told my union like a bajillion times attack the damn gaurd towers not the retarded buff towers.(At the heart I'd find acceptable since it's something near something. Middle buff towers near the middle gaurd tower is pointless as well. I'm suprised they listen right after they realized buff towers are useless at the last half hour.

the gates didn't even get touched...and it was 11 attacking guilds vs the dynasty union. not exactly sure what happened tbh
