no connection

ok when i get to the login sceen (on cSRO if it matters) and i put in my user/pass. then i click login, but after like 10 seconds i realize its not logging in in a server that has almost no people. i look down and it has those words saying connecting and blah blah blah. a few seconds later that dissapears but it doesnt log me in. the backround is still moving, but all options besides exit is frozen. can anybody see why this is happening? from time to time after about 30 seconds i get a message saying no connection and nothing happens.

Because it's g@y. Might need to retry installing it or reset your internet.
