LOL. That's what I got when i read it too.

I had an ass pimple yesterday, dunno where the hell it came from, but it was there, it hurt so bad, and I couldn't pop it.
Put toothpaste on it and sleep with it through the night, when you wake up, take a shower, wash off the toothpaste, and the white tip will be gone, but the pimple will still be there, you can now pop it and it won't hurt, a little bit of blood will come out, but then the pimple dissappears.

Eff, it was annoying.
