Worse is when you accidentally rondo items. I've rondo'd a 72+5 perf. blue crit 11 1H sword. Did that with a 72 +5 blade on greece too xD

Check there, check any other chars on your account, check your monkey than re check the inventory. If its not there, you've been hacked and you have sold it / dropped it.
