From my experience the best thing to do is talk about how you feel with someone you know very well. So to all those assholes that posted wondering why he asked on SRF, maybe he was looking for some guidance... Maybe his mother just died in the hospital and he just had to let it out to someone. He was looking to you to help him out and instead you ridiculed him.
