Today I picked up a Potato from a Earth Ghost...But I dont see it in my inventory look

Look at the box on bottom right

look in ur inventory... it looks like the hp herb berry (its an alchemy material)

You have to do a special quest to get the bag of super compost which you combine with 10 potatoes to get the bag of french fries, then you trade those with the horse npc in hotan to get the special transport vehicle, which is a rideable goat lol
