i wanna take the bardskill 'patter clamour' at lvl 76 for bind, but do i need previous skills to take it or can i just get it (i mean do i need 'holding clamour' first or sumthing)?

At the bottom of the description are the requirements..If it doesnt say Holding clamour lvl xx Then you don't need holding clamour to get it....

I've had it, you don't need Holding Clamor to get Patter Clamor.
