100 cap? client?

Ok guys, haven't been around on cSRO lately, but I knew the 100cap was coming

Now I want to start my silkroad(just the old one, not the 100cap one) and a message pops up.
I can't start it.

So, do I need to dowload the 100cap file? And where can I dowload it?
