Question about Wizard ...Need farming ?

Hi all I am wizard using Bard buffs (only Moving March and Noise).Do I need to farm ? thanks !

As far as I know, 0 gapping all the way wont give you all the sp you will need. You can avoid 9 gap farming though, using lower gaps like 2-4 , I think.

Let me see:
Full farmed wizard cap 80, most of the skills taken, except these useless skills (imo): Ground Charge, Ground Rave, Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning. And bard 80 with only MM and noise.
297,620 SP.

SP with 0 gap until lvl 80: 135,718 SP.

-As far as I can see you will need to farm. But it will be sort of little, if you level with a gap of 2, 3 or so. Anyways, if you refrain from taking/leveling some wizard skills, you may be able to do well without farming, though im not sure and its up to you.

You will need to farm a Wizard, but just not as much as other builds. Right now my farming has went/will go;

1-34: 0 gap

34-42: 4 gap

42-52: 9 gap

52-90: 0 Gap

That will give me a total of 443,123 SP - approx. The total amount of SP needed for a fully farmed Wizard at the 90 cap (for wiz/cleric) is around 450k SP. I'll get the extra 7k easily just by dying a lot as I play.

Sure, 9 gapping from 42-52 will take ages... but in the long run, it's worth it. I'll have all my nukes and all the cleric skills I need to tank anything 3-4 levels above me.

If that's the only bard buffs you're going to be using, you're gonna be pretty weak. It's worth getting the extra SP just to get a strong character. Trust me, when you get to lvl 90 you'll wish that you farmed that extra more for the bard skills.
