Lion shout. Take it leave it?

I'm playing a s/s light nuker. My nuke is lightning and I want to know if I should take lion shout as a finisher. What do you guys/gals think?

Take it, when 90 cap comes out lion shout will become very useful and is a good nuke finishing nuke.

I was pretty sure people were going to say take it. I have 1 point in it right now and it's enough to finish most things that I don't 1 hit. I'll start maxing when I get some more input.

i love lion shouts they are really handy like when a cleric wants to do offering on you he reduces his hp first and in that tiny window when he has low hp and he didn't hit you yet you can 1 hit lion hsout him 0o even if hes 80 thats why i basicly love the lion shout and its just really handy

It's good only if you lvl it up with you all the time. If not, then your regular attacks with imbue will do the same damage.

As a S&S, you can use cuts to finish off mobs instead of lion shout. The difference is, that the shout also has an AoE.

if u gonna lvl up ice close to ur lvl, i would say

light nuke, sword dance, snow storm-rain, all 3 hv great AOE, at 90 u hv 2 light nuke to grind with and will drawm more than enough mob to u

yea sword dance has 7sec cd but shout has a much smaller AOE

Take it. It's also a great skill for bladers, not to finish mobs, but to lure them to you.

take it! sometimes mobs will have enough hp to survive cuts, but not enough to worth doing nukes to. Very handy ^^

And cuts can hit critical :!:

Cuts do more damage than a shout when imbue is active; without imbue it doesn't hit anything...
When mob has little hp left, use cut when imbue is still on; and shout if ur imbue is off
And cuts are so nice to use on wizards; wham, WHAM (crit) they are a goner

Cuts also have a low mp consumption, so is more usefull in a pvp; espacially when ur snow gets critted
