What happens to the Stat points or SP when....

So i was wondering when you de level (say from 19-20), what happens to the stat points you used when hit lvl 20? You don't get them back right? and What happens to the SP you used to get lvl 20 heuk and lvl 2 passive HP boost? Do you get them back the mastery de-levels to 19?

You never lose SP points unless you either spend them in skills, or you get murderer status and get killed. So if you delevel and have skill masteries that are higher than your character level, you just wont be able to level them till you surpass the negative gap.

Oh ic but what about the Stat points? Say the 3 points you added into STR at lvl 20 do you lose 3 when you de level and when you lvl back up you get a new set of 3 stat points?

When you level up and you use your stat points, then level down, you get to keep your stat points. However, when you level back up again, you don't get anymore. Example

Lvl 19 - 0 stat points
Lvl 20 - 3 stat points (Put 1 in Str and 2 in INT)
Lvl 19 - 0 stat points
Lvl 20 - 0 stat points - because you've already spent the ones you got at lvl 20

You keep your stat points but your HP/MP decreases as you delevel. For example my str blader was once lvl 65 and is now lvl 38. It has around 6k HP now, before it had over 10k. When I level up the hp/mp increases but i cant add any stat points.
