Well I've been getting weird Graphic Flickering since i did a disk check and my power cut out for some reason and had to do a reboot T_T but it never flickered before that but now when i play most games such as:HL2 Games, COD4 Single player , Archlord and SRO and many more games even if i play on the lowest graphics it still get flickering every 45mins-1hr once it flickers it keeps going till it crashes can anyone suggest any ideas?? My Computer specs are::
Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory:2048MB RAM
Hard Drive:320 GB
Video Card:Radeon X1650 Series
Monitor:Plug and Play Monitor
Sound Card:Realtek HD Audio output
Operating System:
Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254)

sounds like something might have happened to teh graphics card when the computer lost power and had to turnoff, damaging the card in some way. sounds like this is a physical problem rather then a software malfunction of some sort, but i could be wrong.

Hmmm indeed cpinney, it looks like a physical problem.
That power cut out might be a current surge, so that there was too much electricity, which might have 'blown' your card.

well it doesn't really happen on HL2:DM and COD4 online so very weird
also something i forgot to add is that it wasn't made by dell,Hp,Mircosoft,apple etc.
it was made by this guy that sold like heaps of computers and they worked damn well cuase my cusion got 1 to but their not having a problem.

Your cousin has the same computer?
Try swapping his vid card with yours.
That's an easy way to rule out "physical" problems.
Elsewise you're gonna have to re-set your video card settings.
Quick check: Is V-Sync turned off?
