And is A=D and D=A? Or is it just in that paragraph, you change the "a"s to "d"s?

Also, if you just change a's to d's, then wtf? There are just lone "d"s in there, or is it like backwards or the spacing is wrong, or what?

I can't solve it with the given information because the given information isn't complete.

Oh yeah, also wtf's with the c's all the time? There are several incidents of three c's just popping up next to each other.

I don't think it's english, for these reasons:
vsccc - What word ends in three of the same letter?
efffsf - WTF? 3 of the same letter, and then it ends in that same letter.
aj - He said "A=D". What word has two letters and begins with d? "do". but he also said u=o, so how does that work?
a - He said a=d, so wtf does "d" mean?
fff - W...T...F All I can say.
mcfbhfjocfjacfh - Can you say gibberish?

There are like a million more reasons, but this is all I'm gonna do for now. Maybe it's turkish or something.

It isnt a single letter substitution. Only 13 letters were used. Some repeats such as fff could be a substitution for a single letter like I or a.
