2day...i saw 9D elements...questions flew thru my head...well...just 2...

1. doesnt 9D stuff come wen rock mountain comes...??
2. if 9D elements r already here, how come i dont c any 9D weaps around...?

9th degree elements have been here since 80 cap came
9D only comes during 90 cap

I have 2 5000 stacks of every 9D element, mobs above Niya Snipers have dropped them since beginning of 80cap.
