LAG SPIKING AFTER INSPECTION

After the april 14/08 inspection i have been getting lag spikes at time. I know its not my internet provider or my computer because i've checked all that and its good. If anywun has any information on how to fix this please tell me. btw all my graphics are at low and it still lags. on sunday i wasnt lagging at all. but on monday for my inspection after it i started to lag spike alot . thanks for reading this
