It's a diminutive for condominium, house tenure. It was another name but I don't know how to translate it to english

It's quite annoying to understand wikipedia at times.
But I think it's an apartment that you own while you share hallways who are owned by the housing association.

Stupid Americans, can't these just say apartment. From my limited understanding it's the same.
