snow shield level 120++++

50% is nice but there are still some builds that can break that tank.

No chinese build has yet broken my snowhield tank even with suns.

A good warlock can break it with debuffs, a good wizard can break it if they have mana drain, rouges can break it if they get a big crit after they bleed debuff, clerics can still break it just about with offering - taking 10.5k dmg with it from it with a good cleric. Not had a warrior break my tank with it.

Looking forward to 60% at 100 that will definatly counter those euro builds nicely. except for wizards mana drain.

at lvl 140... what is 20mastery going to make a difference!
i dont know why but i think it just might end at 140
some one said something that made sense to me ages ago

how many degrees will there be?

appart from the skills mastery reason for it being 150, any other reason that you may think its 150?

3. from lvl 141-150, no more equips

So, the only gain from lvl ups from 141-150 is an automatic HP/MP increase, 9 lvls of pointless grind >.<

There has been no indication that it will be higher than 140-150. And snow shield isn't that good at higher lvls, because then you have no mp if your getting gang banged.

imagine a 70% snow shield at the current cap

max mp is like 20k?

a wizard can nuke you for 15k?

so thats like 12k of your mp gone in 1 hit

now after the second hit you wont even have enough mp to attack back.

Snowshield doesn't give you unlimited defense, it just screws over your mp

not to mention what combustion can do...

im safe to say for everyone here...
they would rather there mp be 0 as they can use POTS to regain it back...
hp 0? = dead?

think of it this way, you hav 10k hp and wizard about to deal 11k.

snow shield will SAVE YOU no matter how much mp you loose, especially for bladers and glaviers where it doesnt really matter if you cant do a lil damage your supposed to take hits.

why waste 120 masteries to get 70% snow shield when you can spend 60, get 40% snow shield and have a great balance of mp / tanking ability. Who knows, with the masteries you just saved you can invest them in other trees which might give you other buffs to save yourself.

snow shields gives you a second chance > to run while you can. if you get hit so hard that you have no more mp, are you still sticking around till your hp dries up? without snow shield, problem simplifies, just respawn.
