GvG, hope you have a warlock to make sure combustion succeeds. 1v1 Combustion ~ Fear ~ Root ~ Salamander blow. You'll mostly be nuking KBing and rooting in GvG, and if the try to gang you get fear (assuming 1]Disease is cast or 2]No holy spell or other forms of immunity).

Yeh, you can use pills on Combustion. And at 90 cap Wizards can't 1 hit Full Str anymore so I don't see how you are going to kill a Full Int before it kills you.

You can kill full int, but you'll be short a few K when it comes to killing a pure str. Pure int will be easy as long as they don't have fire shield or holy spell, as for pure str ~ you'll just have to use their pots against them. In 1v1 I recommend Fearing and Rooting them before you go for LT/LC followed by 2 nukes. Int will be easy, str will take more brain and less Meteor if you cath my drift

If a Wizard plays the right way they can get 2 or 3 nukes before being noticed.

in fortress war i killed Ulashon with 7-8 nukes and no one noticed where i was because i placed myself in the right spot so that they wouldnt see me. Also works in 1 vs 1 to get 2 nukes off before they get one attack off.

You can pill off combustion using special pills. An experienced pure int would use a lower % snow shield to 1on1 pvp. Combustion isnt a problem, just another annoyance.

I was refering to him alread having trace on you. If not, well he's screwed lol. I however always went after rogues and wiz's first and usually used the fire skill that detects invis and stealth. Don't remember the names as I haven't played for like 2 weeks. and didn't job much.
