Yes.

Supportive - yes
plvl - not the greatest plvler, but bard's AOE attacks can manage.

Not the best grind character, but it's grind-able. Only 3 attack skills (Offering has 1 minute cooldown, other one gives absolute damage :/) until lv 60. Unless your server has lots of euro parties, otherwise I would suggest you to make a wizard/warrior/rogue or something else insead to grind better :p

Yes, it is a good build in overall;

it is good for grinding, and you will rarely die (and you will be the healer/buffer/resser of your party, so you will be needed in most pts);

imo it's the best build on the whole silkroad game for support and ress;

for plvl its not the most indicated one, but as it can ress, and do good damage, it will do good, and as Cherri said, bard AOE's can take care of it.
