You can use = gold/silver ticket (or premium) + gold/silver skill ticket
A premium is also considered a gold/silver ticket, so you can only use either one premium or gold/silver ticket. To answer your question, you cant use all 3 at once.

No, you cannot use all 3 at once. You can use the Skill gold time with either the premium or the gold service time.
