ok, I have no Applications running that have no net connectivity, I have No viruses,spyware, firewalls on,etc all update, no threats so its not that, and somethings eating up my connection, I have Cable Net, (RoadRunner, I usually dld 500kbs) and im dlding 7kbs on all servers cuz im tryin to get a 1.5 patch for CoD2, and its not their servers cuz I played CoD2 1.3 on a 24 ping server and my ping was over 200 O_o, wtf, and i went to Ctrl+Alt+Del and look at my network tab, and .78% is being used O_O of my connection which in my case is pretty much full
