but since you already will have 4 9d peices of gear and a wep available after the update, will you buy NPC stuff and pimp it? or use your old gear till others have started selling 9d gear? or just use NPC 9d until others start pimping them out?

its pointless to waste tabs on 1st tier gear, I will use my 8D gear till I start finding drops and possible cheap items in the stall network, but as im lvling I will be buying the last tier of 9D and pimping those as I find tabs, you have to remember that we were fighting lvl 80 mobs in 8D gear is there really that big of a difference in fighting lvl 83 mobs in 8D also, no.

the only thing I will buy is an NPC weapon and make it a +3 till I get a lvl 80 weapon which I would make +4 and my lvl 85 weapon will be +7-+9

im pretty sure that all those level 80's that are at 99.99% will kill a mangyang and then level up. then you can use the 76-81 npc gear...atleast thats what im gonna do..

unless you sold all your 8D gear and are standing naked right now, why would you waste 20+ mil on npc gear when you can just stay in your 8D gear and put gear on as you find it? thats what I do and save my gold, thats what has got me 800mil in gold so far.

I'd rather use 8d gear with +5str/int +400hp/mp +40%parry/attack ect with a bit weaker def (not if its sun) then use npc junk...

Depends ... hehe ... I'd just buy it for looks if I had lv.80.... and +3 it ... I'd buy NPC stuff if its euro heavy armor , euro robe , china garm and china garm ... Otherwise I'd keep my old gear

um i would say for those lvl 81 99.99% get 81 quick full 9d just buy from npc or grind for it until u get a good set same as weapon second tier buy it or grind for it then when u get your third tier from drops or stall buy or make stones and pimp it

Most people that are 80 99.99% once they reach level 81 they will be able to wear 1st tier 9D and a couple 2nd tier plus the 2nd tier 9d weapons. Sooooooo I don't think people will buy npc gear or pimp 1/2nd tier equipment.

Those with money to burn will buy the npc gear just to run around wouth dw and look different. People in my server are already hoarding elements required for the more important D9 tabs, ie str/int/hp/br. The only thing they need is an item drop and a tab. I dont think there will be much selling of anything really nice for D9 till its been out for like 2~3 months. Since most people will be out grinding for those sox drops, gotta love joymax's new bot, I mean premium plus ticket( T__T ).

Because my old gear was 71 and under because of farming.
Blues come from my old jewelery.
And since I'm gonna farm at lvl 90 too I wont even have to upgrade my gear lol. But I'm probably gonna get dropped gear for plussing and blue'ing.

2nd the def from the npc is better than the last set ^^

So whats another 20 mil when i sold my set for 250 mil b4 the 90 was announced. I would much rather make 250 mil and spend 20 mil...then save my set and sell it for like 100 mil after the 90 cap comes out...but thats just me

which means you're either not grinding anymore (for how much months?) or you grind with NPC stuff?

both cases you loosing gold compared to someone who still have his 3rd tier 8d set full blue and didnt stop grinding like before.

So you use a lot more pots and have less kills if you use npc stuff (or none if you just stopped grinding until 90 cap).

I make around 50m a week out of my drops and tablets/elements.

And the full blue 8d last tier set is better than 9d npc stuff. Actually npc 9d would be equal to last 8d tier +4 no blues.

As for me, i would rather have STR 5/HP 400 on all my gear and loose a bit of phy def than no blues at all.

And +ing npc 9d stuff seems lame, i would rather wait at least 2nd tier drops to pimp them.

Well seeing as how i dont grind anymore i wont need my set...and i think the end result of me selling my set early will out-way having a slightly better set and losing a lot of gold. And also i have a bunch of protector elixirs in my storage so i just plan to +2 or +3 all of it along with the weapon and ill be set and its free for me anyways

Will only pimp a 9th deg 3rd tier set one peice at a time. Wont even bother with tier 1 sword, tier 2 sword I will get to +5 if one drops or if i see one in stall for reasonable price. Tier 3 sword will be the first thing i pimp out.

i sold my set b4 jm said any thing about 90cap,, and i got 800-900m from it.. if i kept it i would of lost like 500m++

maybe the ppl that sold there sets b4 90 was announced was cause they stop playing for a bit untill 90came out.

and people can make more then 50m with out grinding.. just +/blue items and sell.. with out the long hours of grinding..

I'd just keep all the gear I have, and a +3 9D weapon to see if it's power is stronger than what I have, which in my case it probably does.
