In my personal experience, crit stone is a pain in the a$$

I think you should work up the damage and the reinforce before crit though. And of course, the + as well. PVE wise, critical may not help you as much

i have 3 weap elixers now, but it's high risk to make it though?

Would be nice to +5 that, but since you only have 3 weapon elixirs just save them up and try +5 some other time. It is not so essential since you already have a good sosun 24 bow.
