and also... its different when Csro and Ksro had 90cap.. they had 70skills at 90 for some time..(we was at 80cap with 70skills)
when they got 90skills we got 80skills..

doubt that, ppl say it will be more balanced, only i myself dont think euros are 2 overpowerd, think it will pretty much still be the same.
EDIT: Even though euros Do function better in a party ofcource >.<

4. actually the hp and mp grows a hell of alot from 80 to 90, and with no new pots and the pot delay, high lvl euros will have a greater need for a team.

Someone said that their pot delay was reduced and they cant kill for shit anymore without a full euro pt and when i was looking @ ksro videos i didnt see many euros and the ones i did see just gave buffs to the chinese.

(4) LoL, thats what joymax is moving the game towards, but Europeans still work damn well with chinese.

EDIT: yeah the pot delay combined with pots that are to small will screw over Europeans, basically Joymax wants Europeans to work in a team.

I haven't played KSRO since those jerks added image verification on the log in and that was before I joined srf. Koreans are better than Westerners, I doubt they would stoop that low.

Euro's are only less overpowered at 90 cap. The armor catches up with them for once, you aren't using overlapping degree armor.

4. Well I've seen a bunch of ksro videos and talked to people who play it and they say that in ksro the euros are only used for their buffs but they are still good at 1 vs 1 pvp but it is much more even.

um dont know whats going to change about a rouge and a wizz 1 hitting me so ill say no they will pwn always getting 1 hits only way euro will stop pwning if some how joymaxx decides to make there weapons weaker and lower the crits and keep them with lvl 80 skill tree while cap is 120 thats the only way i see euro not pwning other than that they will still continue killing u as they are now i have 18k hp a damn rouge hits me with 22k 1 hit lol 2h just need to spam 1,2,3, and im dead and wizz just use 1 skill and im dead lol or 2 skills euro may not get new skills but there old 80 skills they will be able to lvl it up higher so there going to stay strong imo
