Since anyone can just say they're a member of whatever guild, and be added in unknowingly i think it would be better if they pmed their guild leader, or a guildleader compiled a list of their guildmates' names on here who need access.

Agreed. I've stopped adding unless I know the person. Which generally means they're in my guild. Hopefully guild masters will check this thread regularly.

I've done the same, if I'm positive they're in I add. People keep swapping guilds too much so its confusing. Guildleaders also need to list if people leave their guild and shouldnt be allowed access, etc.

In the BHA forums, I've listed IGN's as well as Forums ID's for Asylum so that I can track who's got authority and who shouldn't. It's one of the only mandatory requirements of Asylum. I'm afraid we'll get to the point where 1/2 the people with access aren't in BHA any more.
