Not much for me to add. All the bases have been covered. Put up the sign, wait for them, take them out. For extra insurance I'd setup a cam or have someone else running one. Can't be too careful when stuff gets this heavy. In fact, if you can tape them vandalizing, or something, that might be the best route minus property damage. Cops get involved (not always good), local news station/paper could pick it up, take them to court, etc.
