what should a dual axe warrior sub?
one handed should sub warlock
two-handed should sub cleric
but what should a dual axe sub?

Cleric would actually work nicely since you lack a lot of defence without a shield and you don't tank as much when all you got on your side is just stun and sprint knockback while others have knockbacks, knockdowns, block increase, etc. Dual axe bards are weak in pvp from what I have seen so far. I'd suggest cleric.

I have a DA build myself with a warlock sub. Because, DA skills designed to work with warlock debuffs. Only with debuffs dual counter and deadly counter deals more damage. And you will mostly use these two as a DA.
If you don't choose warlock as a sub, just go with 2H/Cleric.
Only with a warlock sub DA may overpower 2H massive damage.
