As we have posted before, we will be investigating alleged bot users and if it is found that they are using bots, we will be blocking bot users, like those below.

We will be continually investigating bot users and when found, we will be punishing these users.

Hah, my union TS has been filled with cursing about news for the past two weeks, and Starcom I just reported a couple hours ago - guess I wasn't the only one to report him/her. I also recognize Soft_girl, and of course otatoP who quit but at least his account won't sell now. Or if it does, won't be used.

I guess the rest on Babel are gold farming bots, but I don't mind since we got such a spectacular list last time.

Three blocked on Alps, and it's only been open four days... NICE.

It's a shame their only account bans though, never IP bans, Duck Head will be back to 70 in a few weeks with a whole new angle :roll:

lol some ppl have too many computers available , a gold bot is of course the front of a gold selling business , i really dont know how much one of them can make per week , but 2.5$ per million is very cheap considering the amount of time some regular player will consume trying to earn that kind of money.
u can have like 12 low end pcs doing the millions and im sure they do make a very nice profit....
and if they ban them they really wont loose anything as the players isnt wearing anything good...
haha i would like to see the sp those gold botters have, and also the gold collector gold amount

Buying some gold is not a bad idea , cuz it will help you start , but then again paying for getting 20m or 100m to buy a decent weapon its just plain retarded.

Nice work there from JOymax at least this block list is not like the first ones with like 3-4 players from each server lol

I am less concerned with gold bots. Thats more or less JM's concern, as other people are making real cash on their work.

But for the player, gold bots don't go out and kill you in PVP, or make your life difficult.

I would rather see big names, notorious botters and the like banned before the gold bots.

But one can understand JM's priorities too, with real world money involvedl. Something we don't see much because its behind the scenes.

I don't understand how people can be so nonchalant about gold bots. The number one reason that SOS items at high levels go for 25 to 250 million gold is that it's available. Why is it available? Because gold bots bring it into the system. If there were no gold bots prices on the good stuff at 42+ would be half of what they are. It's the simplest economics there is, supply and demand. It's called inflation and it makes everyone's equipment more expensive. Is that more or less Joymax's concern? Because drops aren't increasing, NPC prices aren't increasing. Sure, there's some trickle-down when you stall your 2 INT chest you found while grinding. But it doesn't solve the imbalance.

Their items are still gone. Their character is still gone. Any silk they've purchased and not spent is gone along with the account. It's something.

And yes, you report botters through bug report. Character name and server are all the necessary information.

word of warning. my friend posted fraps of many botters and submitted many bugs. which made him very disliked by botters. he goes to a new server, they find out about it and spam bug reports. he lvls high but just because he has no job, school, and has started over many many times. he gos afk from computer not attacking any thing sitting down gms pay him a vist. he gets banned. morale of the story is don't go afk if ur high level on server outside of town(do a restart!), and be undercover about reporting botters. u may end up on there hit list and they got a lot of time on there hands since they dont grind
