Sorry moderators if this is not found suitable to fit under this section, but did not find anywhere else to ask. (in case it is to be moved pls feel free)

I am lvl 63 and I unfortunately have NEVER been lucky enough to get any mob drop of a +3 or +4 - forget the sox - I am a premium sro customer, and I was wondering if anyone here may assist me in how I may get registered in this lucky draws. Every time I fill up the user name, the password and sro account name, and click the submitt or even register I always get the logg in error. Hence though may be someone here may assist please.

make sure you're using your mmosite username/password and not your silkroad account username/password.
