If she's old enough to go for a walk, cycle, communicate with friends, etc then I'd say she's old enough to know when she's about to die; and consequently, go to the hospital or seek help. Personally I've never met a single 11 year old that could get himself to a hospital and get aid if they needed it. Who has ever seen an 11 year old even do something like that before? We're talking about leaving the house, getting a ride or even walking to a hospital, on their own without direction, and then being able to tell the doc's what's wrong and shit.

She was an ELEVEN YEAR OLD KID FFS. When your 11 years old, you don't think your about to die, and if your parents are "helping" you, how is a kid suppose to know that she has whack jobs for parents and they are going to kill her.
