what is your opinion in this s/s hybrid build

i'm lvl 58 pure int s/s
my masteries are
Bicheon 51
Ice 51
Lightning 51
Fire 51
I'm usinde lightening imbue right now
i plan to have 9 lvl gap in lvl 60 and farm
my problem is that i decided to go want hybrid
i checked the stats in the http://www.nivlam.com/ site i found if i add about 40 point str i will be about 85% naked magical balance at lvl 81
and 100% with spear and 102% if with s/s
or should i go higher naked magical balance?
i will go hybrid but the problem how much magical balance should i go naked
also i have some options for the 90 cap
First
Bicheon 90
Ice 60
Lightning 90
Heuskal 60 For Passive only i May get some skills if i have enough sp

fire nukes r weak compaired to lightning nukes, and your ice nukes will be able to freez them good
ice also gives extra fys def, which allows you t wear garment at 8D
bicheon moves because their strong and give knockdown and extra fys def for a while (castle shield and such)

lightning nukes are weak compared to fire.
i like the first option.
and you should only add 30 str so you 1:7 HYBRID
you'll do amazing dmg and tank very good.
