Re: rev6 virus?
It's not the site that has the virus, it's the ads. Hackers put in a lot of effort to infect those ads because they know it's a good way to infect many thousands of people in a very short period of time. The infection is some extra javascript that they tack on to the code in the ad. Their javascript code often just pops up an "ad" of their own asking you to click a button which installs their junk. A more modern version is WAY worse... it uses a lot of different exploit methods looking for vulnerabilities in Windows, Quicktime, WinZIP, and Adobe Reader to allow it to download their junk to you EVEN IF YOU DON'T CLICK ANYTHING. Just loading the site that shows you the ads is enough to get infected.
I highly suggest using FireFox with the AdBlock Plus and NoScript addins.
AdBlock lets you subscribe (for free) to lists of ad sites someone else updates for you.
NoScript blocks javascript on all sites and lets you pick which sites to trust as you surf.

Anyone who intends to even look at rev6 should do this. Not to mention Firefox is so much faster than IE and less buggy.

Go to bleepingcomputer.com sign up for their forums, and they can help you. They will ask you to dl a program called "hijack this" it will scan your pc and make a log of what is running. Give them the info on the log. They can tell you how and point you towards free applications that will remove it for you.
