my freind showed me a while back when i was 13 or 14 im not 2 sure so ya what the title says

when i was gamehoppin couple of years ago, i came past this game.
but ya, i was gamehoppin so i didnt stick with it for that long.
one thing i remember was that, compared to other mmo's i played
around that time, sro seemed to lag in movement. like, i clicked,
then my char waited 1 second, then it started moving.

anywho, am still gamehoppin, came past silkroad again in february
'07, played it for a while again.

http://www.gamerenders.com was looking at list of fun mmorpg games and alot of people silkroad was tight so i decided to play and now i hooked and lvl 80 owning hunters

I was looking for the link to R.O.S.E online on http://www.mmorpg.com/ so that I could start playing it again. But some how ended up finding Silkroad Online instead. I started playing during beta in 2005 and never played another game since then.

Now I'm waiting for Warhammer.

some friends from my student home started playing this game when i had my finals ... it looked cool but i refused to install it. Once i had passed all my exams i searched 2 days for the name "silkroad" untill my friend got back from his vacation xD

he never played silkroad more then 2 days :S

Well i had a clan on Medal Of Honor and the ladder ended and it was boring to keep playing friendlys so a clan member asked us to try out 'Silkroad Online' so 11 of us downloaded it and started to play we had a guild created and all leveled together but one by one we quit and now iam the only one left in Greece.

Ravey from Rome, who is one of my IRL best friends, kept telling me I should play it. She was on Aige then. I refused. Didn't want to be one of those dork WOW/MMO type guys. Then, a little over a year ago, I had some REALLY traumatic stuff happen to me, and I needed something to completely numb my brain and keep me busy. So, I went over to Ravey's place a bunch, and had her help me create a player and show me the ropes. I met lots of nice people, like KingLeoric who lent me nice SOS 3D gear Now, the rest is history. I'm one of those nerdy MMO guys lol

OT: Me and my RL friends was playing DotA then one guy said he knows a pretty good looking game. Well he did say the girl characters are sexy so we tried it out lol. That was back in march 06, Athens was the newest server that time.

But some people I played Unreal Tournament 2004 found the game and showed it to me. I had never played an mmo let alone an rpg so I gave it a try along with a friend of mine. Both of us made it to 80 ^_^

when i was playing RuneScape and all my friends used to play it. we had to reinstall our comp, and my sister lied to me that it was because of runescape. so i had to keep looking at games, and i found SRO. i told my friends about it but 2 of em out of 5 came to play with me =/. my other friends still play RS .

this was back in january 07, when i think persia was kinda new =/.

I was playing Eudemons Online, and my friend showed me some games like Kal Online and SRO...
First I said: I don't wanna play those shitty chinese games, but later I was bored, so I decided to log on on his char on his PC, and I kinda started to like it

I thought the people PvPing outside of jangan were PKers, they would kill you if you came near (that's what he told me) xD

SO I decided to start a char, joined a Dutch guild and stayed
After that I found out my build was suxx0rz so I decided to read some guides on builds and decided to make a nuker.
After hitting lv 44, 7gap I decided to join my other friends on Persia... and now I have a lv 54 9gap euro char
