im 145 now...hopefully get to 147 by tonight..i usually tend to solo..cuz..well..all itamz to me! I know about the hotspot in MF...i usually go there...drag a hektoleaf on the bridge and kill the 3 brannys over and over again...argg i wanna go to lobautaums but there's never any healers around T_T

edit: My friend crafted a deathblow titanium dbl slotd sword...actually 2, one of them has +3crit rate ( from craft) and 20% crit dmg from both slots and the other one is the same except it has +4crit rate. They are both +6 now, so 90dmg...would you guys recommend that he/i buys an medium extender and extend it and add another 10% crit dmg in slots? Or thats just dumb? I know they will be account binded

But uhmm, as far as I know if you have 20% in slots, and add another in an extended slot you don't get another 10%. More like 4% or so. So, in the end it is not worth it. It's worth more to extend a max craft perfect item than something like that. Because +3% crit rate isn't max. And well you are better off trying for Max craft which would be 16% Crit Damage craft and 20% in slots, for a total of 36% damage.

I'll post pics in a sec of some of my items. So you sorta know what to aim for.

As for the grind, it's best to get a nub with you in party tbh. Uhmm, but still yeah that's pretty much where I sometimes solo it. Other places are just not worth it.

Oh and here, found an example.

Take a look at this:



It has 2 slots filled with crit damage. And as you can see it's 24%. Basically because it got extended it got an extra 1% damage. Bad thing about this is, if you were too add another crit damage in slot it would cap at 25% .. this gaining only 1%.

So, your blade would look like: 25% damage in slots and 3% crit rate crafted.
In my opinion it would be a waste of an extender, specially on a non max crafted item. But if that's what tickles your pickle then go for it.

Tita should be +7 or it's crap imo. Med cores are cheap anyway.
Deathblow depends on your class.
Classes with rate buffs should go for crit dam deathblow items. Classes who lack them, for rate deathblow items.
And go for 2 highest crafts (10-16 damage, 5-7 (or is it 8?) rate)


After extending try a lvl 2 enchant for crit rate.
If it fails > 2 free slots for trying.
It it succeeds with rate > shout YAY really loud
If it succeeds without rate > be unhappy because there's a high chance that you'll have crap in the slot (like 1%crit dam, 4def (catalyst dependant))


BTW crit rate cap is probably 50% for all classes.
Thus aim for that and add crit damage afterwards.

If you extend an item the value of every slot will increase, but the more you use the same enchant, the more it's value will drop.

Example.

Crit dam in slot > 10%
Extended > 14%
Extended and twice > 14% and 10%
Extended and trice > 14%,10% and 1%

Crit rate > 5%
Extended > 7%
Extended and twice > 7% and 5%
Extended and trice > 7%,5%,3%

HP > 50
Extended > 80
Extended twice > 80,50
Extended trice > 80,50,50

AMP > 7%
Extended > 7%

Lol, I had trouble with that quest too for abit. Till I found a way of luring it out of the way so all the other scorps and beetles would veae me alone.

Oh and yeah, had the best B2F run ever last night. Got a BoF+3 from a Phantom Archer, then Farlow's chest gave us a 7% magic amp slotted osmium martial gloves. BoS+4 from 4th Troll chest.

Downloaded cabal the other night.

Installed it fine.

Opened the launcher, it goes all black and see-through, ERROR: ACCESS VIOLATION BLABABLA. I go on the forums and i see that the PLAYERS make the guides to fix stuff.. (Meaning bad english and horrible explanation).

So i found a topic saying i needed to delete the update.exe and let it download a fresh 1. Did that, WOW it works, opened the game and started downloading the patch at 40 kb/sec. Ok **** that i go back on website and found a couple of links to the patches. Downloaded those over 2 hours and put them in the folder where they are supposed to be. Opened the game. And it just starts downloading the first patch (240 mb or something). So i decided to let it be and went to bed to let it download. Next morning i hit play and i logged in, made a character, and logged in the game. After 5 seconds the game closes to desktop. wtf?

After couple of minutes of searching i find a topic that says steam doesn't run together with gameguard. Closed that together with most other programs i had running and it still crashes...

Any suggestions? The forums have shitty guides and fixes :/

Those are the topics i've been in.

Firs topic explains disconnects, not game crashes. I already tried what it says there except for the connection keeper thingy (which is plain bullcrap i have a 7mbit line).

2nd link doesn't explain my crash. Its the updating bit.

As far as i know, the game closes because of a program on my comp.

Could it be punkbuster? I'll try that since it only runs in the processes.

Let's just say, It's done when it's done ; )

Anyways, I love the costume. People try and pk you on bosses, while grinding and C7 hilarious - to see them get 2-3 hit haha.
