Now with Joymax's new vigor in banning bots, lets see if they would listen if we used their REPORT function. I've made a list of every bot in Venus, lets mass report it and see if they take any action.

I made the list a long time ago, lol. Haven't really had any use for it until now. /no one to skip with at school = bored me...

I did notice that they banned the high level provate gold bots that were in the fishes/higher.

It would be nice to know how they are detecting these bots, although I hope they dont release how they are as it would be fixed in a day by the bot companies.

Before, they detected altered clients, so everyone with a no-dc client got banned too.... Now, it seems they only detect clientless, but theres still room for improvement.

My mistake. Theres might be a few mistakes I made, thats why I posted it, to catch them and fix them. Fixed.


I try to put people on the list that I have PERSONALLY caught botting, not by word of mouth, but putting 1000+ people on it, I might accidentally copy+paste a wrong name. Double checking it right now.

Took like 10 minutes at school, lol. I've got a class at 8:00, then nothing until 12:47, so I either bounce, and skip the whole day, or entertain myself.



Btw, the list is mostly of people level 64+. I didn't bother with anyone lower, because once you ban the high level guys, (the bot guild leaders) all the low level ones will quit along with them, or just get run off the server by sheer numbers.

he made this list based on a) people hes seen botting b) people others have said bot c) are members of a bot guild. found this on your post of sra. keep the botters with proof on it first mate don't want to piss off joymax with a false list if they ever look at it ( which they won't)

Yeah. Pretty much everyone in the server saw him botting because he got his bot stuck running in circles between npc's for a few days. He's set up his own guild [FoCA] which can go immediately on the list of botting guilds.
