JK. But actually, Garment or Prot is probably better on anyone at any cap. Garm + Cold gives more Phy Defense then Armor alone and Garms alone give more Mag Defense then Armor + Fire Buffs. Armor is pretty epic fail.
I'll always use armor because I don't use cold. I only work on fire and light trees Atm. But will get cold later up at 90 cap when I farm, but only for passive and buff, because I won't ever use the other skills and will eventually lower them at 110 cap which wont come for like 3 years prolly but oh well
