Is a Pure INT Spear nuker able to 1hit niya mages?

Okey Lets say I have the following things:

105% magic balance
lvl 72+5 spear (not great %)

Will I be able to 1hit niya mages at lvl 80 with the Light nukes (lvl 70), The fire nukes (the meteor one) and the ice nukes (the ones which drops ice from the sky, 2nd book)??

Well if your enachment will be lvl 4 or higher, maybe you`ll be able to 1hit..

You mean +4???

Well I got a +5 spear... and also got a +4/+5 protector set if you mean that...

You will..If you get enough int. Otherwise just join a shared pt at general/mages ^_^

With a decent +3 and up weapon you can. My dad can, so I don't see why not.
