JK. But actually, Garment or Prot is probably better on anyone at any cap. Garm + Cold gives more Phy Defense then Armor alone and Garms alone give more Mag Defense then Armor + Fire Buffs. Armor is pretty epic fail.

Always has been. I cant think of a char that actually will do well with armors.

100 cap... dont forget by than china chars are going to have lost half of the buffs they have now, so it's not going to be so easy to compensate for the strength/weaknesses of your gear like they do now.
