enchantment fail = decrease in the item's alchemy luck?

yesterday, i was trying to +7 my blade, it failed, what a uprise right?

now, i cant even get it to +3, it keeps failing at +1->+2, or +2->+3

wtf?

Yep it happened to me back in venice b4.. Know what I did? rondo.. show the blade who's the boss... :twisted:

I always thought that too... I've found that it is better to just wait a while before trying again.
