lol, Baka is right. One freeze and it could stop your DD, and that's your damage dealer, so it's pointless, while for a 1h/warlock, you have those quick attacks, and with 80% freeze immunity + pills, the freeze chance is low, and even if it does, the attack will keep going.

The build is fun but it's not very effective. I created it back last year a few days after Europe came out.

Why don't you just cast Fire Wall so the Warlock skills won't work and the Warrior can't destroy the wall because he is str.

Fire wall is for mag dmg...And warrior is pure phy dmg so wont the dmg go right through it? lolz

I think 1h/warlock is better (Becuz you will only have to switch weapon (both wield a shield ) and the attacks are faster..

But guys who said frost nova..If you can stun from a distance, then do vampire kiss/touch followed by division and that phy def decrease one and then sleep..switch to 2hand and do daredevil...unless someone gets a double block...Hes dead, so Farking dead.

Thats not the point of the Fire Wall. Its to disable the Warlock skills. Against walls, Warlock debuffs don't work, stuns don't work, sleep doesn't work, hp leech skills also don't work, and bloody trap doesn't work. And from my understanding, you can't be Kded or knockbacked if you have a wall up.

Anyways, also, if they have lv80 cleric [lv1 Holy Spell], you'll get raped, Sleep doesn't work one bit.


@Alicia 1h is a ton better, it has A. The shield, B. BR C. Passives D. NO ANNOYING WARCRY and vigors or not, your going to get raped.

I'm talking 1v1, no cleric This build owns them..And In a jobbing/fortress situation, everyone kills the clerics first, so no prob
And firewall? when will you get the chance to activate it when you've been stunned and your asleep? If you depend on that to keep you alive and result to standing still, unable to fight, dont call yourself a man

no 1h defence would be better and with the debuffs they hit extremely hard also, if you get stunned by a lvl 80 glavier or spear its all over for you, at least with the shield you have the added defence and the possiblity of a block.

+1, but I think Alicia is missing the major and obvious flaws to this build.

@Alicia, in 1v1 there is a high probability that your opponent will have cleric sub class, and in a job war against a pure European party I would like to see you try to kill the cleric.

LMFAO. Try killing my cleric:
lv80 warrior buffs, bless spell, buffs, and if getting mobbed, screens. A Light-Armour Cleric with some warrior buffs + healing = major tanking, no problems.

It's good against chinese, but then again most euros should be able to own chinese regardless of their build. In war you're noob against everyone, too much of a hassle runnin around wasting MP with warlock debuffs for everyone, cooldowns, and the fact that there is holy spell flying around everywhere. You can't base the strength of your build based on south dw cape pvp.

I'm currently leveling (level 77 still ) this build and I've been very satisfied with it so far ('cept I have 1h skills as well). The issues mentioned though would be troublesome for this build if I had no previous knowledge of Warlock skills.

Fire Wall- Used for basically making Warlock skills poop. ~.~ I leveled my level 50 Warlock nuke (Death Flower). Fire Wall has no defense, so even a full farmed fire wall goes down with 2-3 warlock nukes (Usually 1 Death Flower destroys most Fire Walls though). =)

Ice wall- Also disables most Warlock skills, but I'm STR-based. A quick 1h skill or a Shield Crush does the job.

Freezing- I've never had an issue with being frozen in combat. o.O I have pretty decent jewelry so this is the least of my troubles.

Against Euros with Holy Spell- Some Warlock skill(s) still work here. =] Just switch to 1h for defense, switch back to warlock for stuns (no one is immune to stun), and switch to 2h for damage. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. But surrendering isn't an option for me. o.O

(Full sun glaviers with 50% snow shield though. I hate fighting them. T__T)

I'm not saying I can't be killed or anything, but these aren't really huge problems for my build. xD

I've tried making videos actually, but doing the compression thing never works for me! So I gave up on trying to make one. XD

If any build gets stunned and gets a couple of crits before they attack then it doesn't become a build issue lol. I don't think theres builds immune to high crits yet. XD

my bard sub owns 2h/warlocks... i mean cleric sub would even more but meh, i like my bard so i wont change it

stun/sleep cast as fast as the bind skills so all you have to do is bind 2h and they'll be stuck while you are stun, and stun wears out first

if you get sleep then its just as matter of luck who comes out first lol

If its fun to play, then thats all that matters. If you enjoy playing with your 2h/warlock then keep playing it the way you like to play your char.
