You are very arrogant. Banning player bots will not make the server less crowded. The only reason why the server is so crowded now is because of the Gold Botters. If the GMs continue to ban the player bots, SRO will lose money, assure that

I'm quite certain that Joymax does not get most of their revenue from silk sales to player bots. You're forgetting about license sales of Silkroad Online to other gaming companies (the likes of cSRO, tSRO, jSRO, etc pay fees to Joymax to host the game in their country).

in addition to that player bots buy way more silk than normal players, hence the fact they can't pick up most items because their bot doesn't read the item dropped through accident killing (ex. lightning attacks, kills one spreads to the other kills it), so they buy pets, 2 they get to max lvl a lot faster so they buy astrals and immortals for their items...

Player bots might buy silk more often than legits do, but legits have a lot more time available to buy silk. I don't buy silk myself, but if I did, I've had 2 years of game time to purchase plenty of silk. If I was a bot, I'd hit cap in less than a year and have less than half the time to buy silk. So it might even out.

thirdly i've bought a Gold Bot to ck out it's usage, i've found that they are clientless, do not use graphics, i've multied up to 20+ while using my computer to convert avi to dvd formats, burn dvds, watch movies online while using office to do my projects and DreamWeaver + CS3.

player bots Uses Graphics, max they can multi is around 7-10 if they use high speed connection with a good custom build comp. or 15 if they have quad core 4 gb ram minimum with dsl minimum if they are the only one using internet.

Or... Player bot can multi a couple player bot characters, and multi 20+ clientless gold bots at the same time. I'm sure plenty of player bots also run a fleet of 20+ gold bots while they are afk leveling...

you're probably right on some of them, most bot players do buy more silk in the beginning, and not in the end, but some actually buys around 1k - 5k silk just to make their weapons +7 and above, and dont forget their sets

of course most legits have lots of time to play the game and buy more silk, but all of the servers i've been in legit players (except me) buys a ability pet for 4wks then stops because they think it's a waste since, they can just party and someone else will pick it up.

and because bot players do spend less time lvling but once they get to max they will need lots of silk to pimp their stuff.

finally the bot players can multi 3 then gold multi 20, but have you considered how much it would cost? with softmod the cheapest is already around 16 a month with multi client, and gold bot is around 35 for 200points, so considering they multi 20, that would mean, if i still remember right, 2pts every 6 hrs so 24 hrs a day 8 pts per char, 8x20 would mean 160 pts a day. and that's to consider they dont get d/c and stay on for 24 hrs. if they get d/c it's an additional 2 points to relog. maybe you're right that some players might do that. but either they have lots of money to waste or...their parents have lots of money to waste. so what i'm trying to say is possibly only the gold selling company can buy those bots, considering they make more than enough to cover their bills.

There should be an obstacle on the bot path in every town. As the bots rewrite the bot to adjust for it, it should be moved weekly at inspection.

I spent a long time at the gate in jangan and eventually there was so many bots coming out that I couldn't kill them all because not enough splash.
