hey guys i posted this on silkroadonline forums becuase i need help with this but they never answer.

hi, i have a little problem before the big update i had a account using same e-mail with my other account when the big update of europe 1 occur i decided to stop playing beccuase new skills more sp farm boring! now i decided to come back but i forgot the password and becuase i was using the same e-mail for 2 accounts now when i try to change my password the e-mail appears for my other account. any suggestions how to fix this?

i mean that character is not high lvl but is y first character and sux to start all over again

Try changing the password of one of your accounts. Once you have access to it, change the email. Then try again for the second account.

Joymax made it so you can't use the same e-mail twice... You used another e-mail...

So you need to find out the e-mail for that character...
