Csro problems..(help appreciated)

Okej, well first of all i was thinking to day to test the Csro, so i did the ''All you need to play Csro'' guide.. stop by step.. it all succes until i went to log in.. well when im trying to log in im getting this respons :
I dont really understand what it means, does it means someone has my account acces? I actully did one more account after that respons, but still got the same respons.. please help me ...!

I got one questions .. i thought csro was before isro with updates?
It seems like they are behind : /. But Ksro is before Isro with updates right ? Couse they got the cave in Jangan?
