REGISTER BUG!!!resolved!

EVERIBODY THAT WANTS TO START PLAYING CAN'T REGISTER...WE START REGISTER WITH EMAIL,NICK,PASSWORD,ETC AND IN FINAL WE CLICK "OK" AND RETURNS TO THE MAIN PAGE...WHAT WE HAVE TO DO TO PLAY THIS EXCELENT GAME???

PLEASSE HELP US!

and it is not all..when we go to change PASSWORD[need email and ID] this service dont works and to change ID[last name,first name and email] this service dont works too.

the registration process on sro's main website seemed to work ok for me

im using IE v 6.0.2800.1106 and Win2k SP4.

what version is yor IE?

cos i know SRO's main website doesn't work at all with my Mozilla.

no its not..i got the newer version of IE , and don't works,newer version of mozila firefox, don't work and newer version of opera, and don't works..
what I do??

remember that is not only register,change password and ID its too buged

When I had this problem, I had to lower my Norton security settings to low in order to register.

turn off antivirus and others and delete internet temporary files and cookies!!

ok i just registered to say that the above hasn't helped me out and i would really like to play this game sometime in the near future, sadly i am losing interest though as i can't even register

i deleted my antivirus off my computer completely, tried firefox, and IE, and deleted my cookies and cache on both and still i get redirected to the main page

EDIT, i actually get this message before it goes back to the main page, and this would be fine, but i have never set up a silkroad account before etc "In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.
Please send inquiries through Bug Report and they will be taken care of"

i have no other accounts and dont have my anti-virus or fire walls running!!!!! can anyone help

it also ells me to report this is "bug reports" BUT you need an account id and pw to REPORT ANYTHING!!!! REARLY CONFUSED!!
