Looks nice. Keep your text horizontal if you can help it. Having your text going different directions really screws up the flow. Also, the bright circle you have in the upper left creates another focal, which isn't a good thing. Tone it down, or move it closer to your focal so it compliments it, rather then draw your attention away from it.

Holla pretty much said it all but I can add to it.

Like he said you have two focalpoints now and the left one (the part with the light and name) is the stronger of the two, that is because the render is blured, if you want to fix this just try to sharpen the render and blur the light.

I think the text isnt that good since they are going in oposite directions, I hav no problem with angled text but it looks better if it follows the outline of the render/stock and when you have that kind of text try not to make it so visible, make it smaller and blend it in.

V2 with border(ugh how did i forget it?), fixed text, and fixed focal. Thanks for the comments.
