Silkroad installing Erorr

Ok.. i clicked on the newer client and tured off my firewall and it comes to the install or cancel. I clicked on the install button and when i do i go to start and it pops up that SilkroadOnline_GlobalOfficial_v1_138.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience and it says to Debug Or to Close.. so what do i do now???

Yea i did but my couz has this problem and he wanted to see if i knew how to fix this.. so do you know how?? if so can you tell me..

Well.. his problem or error is different from mines and i dunno .. but it is thats y i cant fix it..

in that case just tell him to re-download the client from the link i gave you previously.

Alright, i gave him the client and he downloaded and it took him about 4 hours and he finished it. I went to his house and I did everthing i did like what i did to mines and when i clicked start it did the same problem.. so u got any other ideas?
