Sign of Black Light

I have something new in my inventory that I have never seen. It is called Sign of Black Light. Qty 1 no description. I search the forum but all I found was posts about looking at cat urine under a black light.

Anyone know what this is? Quest item? Mob drop?

I think this is the Ivy 2 quest.. lol

"Go to the Ampitheater in Asia Minor. Hunt Punishers until you collect Punisher's blood.
Use one of the Horn Trumpets that Ratchel gave you at the Ampitheater. Kill the Pirate Sentry Guard Punisher to collect a Sign of Black Light.
Go to the Cleopatra's Gate and use a Horn Trumpet. Kill the Pirate Sentry Guard Closier to collect a Sign of Blue Light.
Go to the Haran's Tower and use a Horn Trumpet. Kill the Pirate Sentry Guard Warrior to collect a sign of Grey Light.
Once you have collected the blood and the 3 signs, right click on the blood to make a Key of Sign.
Go to the Evil Order Fortress (X:-7481 Y:1234) and use the Key of Sign to meet Ivy.
Defeat Ivy, collect the Red Hair and return to Ratchel."

Yeah, I am being told this is one of the IVY2 quest items .... funny thing is I haven't picked up the IVY2 quest yet. I don't have nor have I blown any horns. I was hunting around the amphitheatre killing any and everything so the drop had to come from there. I have finished IVY 1 but I think when I grab IVY2 I can't port around any more until I am done and I didn't want to be confined to transport or running so I haven't picked up the quest and I can still port around.
Mabye it is a bug....wouldn't be the first one.

Only thing I can think of is, I was in a party with this random rogue that came up and he said he needed to be in a party so I kept killing whatever and eventually I left the party. Maybe he blew the trumpet and the puns spawned because I know i killed puns with the symbol above their heads and it is usually just closiers there with the symbol. Oh well, I will hang on to it until I pick up Ivy and maybe I will get lucky and have one less emblem to get.

Yer, its a quest item for the Captain Ivy(2) quest.

this is a quest item that can drop even if you arn't taking the quest (so long as you are in a share party it drops for every one if some one has the quest)

or also maybe its the bug that lets you pick up some one elses quest items if they dc or log off
