I know I would've. Ripping hasn't been 'allowed' here in the AC ever. We never gave someone a second chance. Now to see she ripped 3 sigs so far, and I'm sure there are more, she deserves an immediate ban.

theres never a need to rip sigs. just practice and sooner or later you'll be as good as HOLLA, broken, rizla etc..
Q: say you used a tut someone made and it looks like theirs, and you say you gave them credit. like, i made this SMS yellowy sig and i give my credit to so-so. that allowed? (i never really understand the rip-factor)

She hasn't been making sigs using tut's. She just abused other people's trust in humanity and ripped complete sigs(The PSD's were publicly available) and claimed then as her own.

PSD's are just to see what techniques were used to make the tag's outcome. Taking layers from their tag and using it for your own is ripping. Emulate, don't steal.
